"Place your hands on the sides of the chair, palms up, with your left thumb and index finger holding a key. Then, 'let a peaceful and serene nap slowly take over you, your soul like absinthe, your body like a sugar cube, slowly being immersed in the absinthe.' As you gradually fall asleep, your hand will relax, and the key will drop to the floor, waking you up instantly. This way, your nap will not exceed a minute, or even 25 seconds. If your nap is too long, 'you will feel groggy all afternoon,' making it impossible for you to concentrate on your work. A very short nap is enough to bring thoughts from your dreams to the surface without sleeping so long that you forget them."
You can flex your muscles by doing a Paraphrasing practice to round things up.
